JUICY POP main shop敷地内に、JUICY POP mallという小さめのモールがあります。
こちらでは現在テナント様を募集中です。

We have mini mall in the JUICY POP main store and looking for new tenants.

JUICY POP mallは、
JUICY POPの敷地が広すぎて少々もてあまし気味なので、
だったら、ターゲット層の近いブランド同士で
一緒に盛り上がろう！　というコンセプトのもとに作りました。
今後モールスペースの中央には、JUICY CAFEも作る予定です。
（JUICY CAFEは、営業時間はスタッフがいるとき、という
　超アバウトな営業時間設定の、
　女の子同士でガールズトークを楽しもうというコンセプトのカフェです）

-JUICY POP mall is made to use this land practically because this land is a little bit wider for just having my main shop.
So I want to have tenants with same target for customer. In the center of the mall, JUICY CAFE, which is the space to enjoy girls talk, will be opened in near future.

ですので、出店にはいくつかの条件があります。
そのかわり、出店者さんとWin-Winの関係を築けるような
仕組みをどんどん作っていきたいと思っています。

-Therefore, there are some requirements to be tenant which is showing below. But in exchange, we are thinking that both you and me can be happy :-)
If you're interested, please visit the mall and get the rental information notecard from the rental box. Also, feel free to contact to Margarita Dragonash about the mall.

＊出店に際して簡単な審査を設けてますので、
　レンタルシステムにはロックがかかっております。
　入金できないようになっているはずですが、
　万が一入金できる状態になっていたとしても
　（既出店者さんの撤退後、メンテナンスが間に合っていない場合など）
　条件を満たしていない方が入金された場合、出店をお断りする場合があります。
　その際、返金の保証はしませんので、入金前に必ずお問い合わせください。

*Usually Rental Bot system is rocked, but even if system is available for some reason and paid by the shopthat is not suitable for Mall's policy, there is a possibility that we decline to lease.
In that case, we won't guarantee pay back so make sure to send application before paying!
